Summer, Track-Out, and Holiday Camps

When school is out, we are open!

Our cooking camps are perfect for kids who enjoy creativity, getting messy, and eating delicious foods! Students practice a variety of kitchen skills including sautéing, stir-frying, broiling, braising, baking, indispensable knife skills, and more! Younger children focus on kitchen basics like mixing, measuring, tasting, and safety; while older chefs gain independence in the kitchen as they learn and apply advanced techniques. Each week has a different theme, so check out our calendar to see what’s on the menu!

Camp is held from 8:30 to 3:30 Monday through Friday. Half days and single days of camp are also an option.

Cost:   $385 for full week of full days (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
$260 for full week of half days (8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.)
$80 for single days

Earn your Chef’s Jacket!

Our camps rotate between three curriculums: Basic Fundamentals of Cooking, Baking Techniques, and Healthy and Delicious Foods. Once students have completed a full week of each curriculum, they are eligible to earn their chef’s jacket when they pass the exam. We have a ceremony at the end of the week to celebrate this achievement!
