From the welcome reception on day one to the Iron Chef Competition on the last day, it’s a jam-packed week of learning and fun. Our hands-on cooking lessons cover such topics as food preparation, sanitation, safety in the kitchen, knife skills, planning and executing a menu, and more.  Our exclusive etiquette training program is also conducted daily.  Your budding chefs will also be challenged with a weekly cooking contest.During our cook-off contest each child creates at home a special recipe that they bring in, share & compete for prizes. Students can also use these sessions as credit towards our Classy Kids Cook Graduate Certificate Program.   One thing you can count on - they will definitely have fun!
