"Catherine enjoyed your class so much this week!  We were amazed at the numerous tasty recipes the class made with such a limited amount of time.  And I was pleased to have Catherine quizzing me about food safely to make sure I was doing things correctly.  Kids often listen to their teachers much better than they listen to their parents.  It was evident that Catherine learned a lot this week in addition to having fun."
