Dani Ward, Owner and Chef
Although she has earned a Summa Cum Laude of Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales; Dani’s culinary education began as sous chef to Mom and Matga (grandmother) as they prepared gourmet meals with an international flavor to entertain friends and family who frequented her home. She mastered many skills as she prepared meals for her younger siblings and the neighborhood children who always seemed to show up during mealtimes. She has baked theme cakes for many special occasions including birthdays, graduations, and weddings. Dani worked at a professional bakery until she discovered her passion for teaching and cooking with kids. When not in the kitchen at Classy Kids Cook, she can be found spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants in the Triangle, or walking her dog, Enzo.

Stefanee Tillman, Culinary Instructor
Stefanee is a senior at Holly Springs High School in Holly Springs, North Carolina. As a culinary instructor, Stefanee focuses on helping the children learn to cooperate with one another while cooking. She also enjoys teaching kitchen safety and etiquette lessons. While working with children at Classy Kids Cook, she strives to understand each student’s personality and skill set in order to provide individualized instruction that will facilitate growth. Stefanee’s passion is working with children, and she plans to become a children’s psychiatrist. |
